		The site and its accompanying CD-ROM are now different. Resources are now only available to subscribers on the CD-ROM. The CD-ROM has the full complement of current resources and pages of extra information and technical information. Apart from example pages of extra information for one particular performance criterion, there are only descriptions of resources on this website. Everything else is on the CD-ROM.
		Additional resources As we develop new materials such as handouts and information pages they will be described on the site and will be added to the next update of the CD-ROM. In the period before the next version of the CD-ROM is published, new resources are available to subscribers on request. Just contact us. Other major resources can be added on request. For example, several services have requested a vehicle familiarisation section. This is now part of the current site and accompanying CD-ROM.
		Video We will continue to make instructional videos. These will be listed as additional resources in the appropriate places in the site. Initially these will be available in VHS format. As ambulance services acquire new technology videos and other memory-intensive resources will become available online and on removable media such as CD-ROM and DVD.
