These
prices are for the initial subscription which lasts
for one year.
Annual
renewal of subscription costs 20% of the current
equivalent subscription.

For
subscribers within Australia prices are in
Australian dollars and include GST.
For
subscribers outside Australia prices are in US
dollars and do not include GST.

Conditions
Payment of the subscription invoice is an
acknowledgment that you accept the disclaimer
and that you agree with the following
conditions.
Provision of the CD-ROM and
updates
Subscribing organisations will receive all new
versions and updates of the CD-ROM published during
the twelve months of their subscription. They will
also have access to all new resources developed for
the site between the publication of each new
version of the CD-ROM and the next.
As the provider, we will
- Provide you with the latest version of the
AmbulanceDriving CD-ROM which includes all the
resources at the time of publication.
- Provide you with access to updates while you
remain a subscriber.
- Between versions, provide you with online
access to new resources.
- At least four times a year send you a
newsletter in which we advise you of updates and
any current developments on the site. (During
your subscription if the number of updates
warrants it we'll send you a new CD.)
Provision of resources by
request
If you need a new resource to better communicate
parts of AmbulanceDriving.com to members of your
organisation then please ask us. We will produce
the resource for you (within reason) provided we
judge other subscribers will benefit equally.
Intellectual property
Subscribing organisations may copy material on
the site and the CD-ROM and use the intellectual
property on the site and the CD-ROM on the
condition that the information or ideas are clearly
acknowledged and the source of the information is
obvious to the user. Neither you nor any member of
your organisation may sell, give away or lend any
resource to anyone outside your organisation
without prior arrangement with Driver Improvement
Consultancy. Please refer interested people to the
AmbulanceDriving.com website.
As a subscriber you may
- Use any of the resources available at the
time of subscription for as long as you
wish.
- Use the CD-ROM in any part of your
organisation.
- Make digital copies of the CD-ROM and the
resources on it.
- Print copies of the resources.
- Take an element of a resource, e.g. a
learning activity, and integrate it into your
own materials provided you display the Driver
Improvement Consultancy Pty Ltd copyright notice
where appropriate, e.g. by placing a
footnote.
- Slightly modify a resource to suit your own
particular circumstances as long as it is in the
spirit of the original.
- Add your logo and contact information to the
cover of a document which contains
resources.
As a subscriber you may not:
- Modify the product except where stated
above.
- Remove from any resource or associated
document the copyright notice or any logo owned
by Road Transport Training.
- Alter the resources in any significant way
except to put it within a cover that reflects
your organisation's image.
- Acquire or use new products if you cease to
become a subscriber.
Online support
Included in the annual subscription is a total
of 12 hours email or telephone support that
covers
- technical difficulties in opening and using
the CD-ROM on a computer
- printing resources from the CD-ROM
- learning how to use the site and its
resources
Additional support of this nature will be
charged at $80 per hour.
Other RTT services
Road Transport Training Pty Ltd (RTT) can
tailor or personalise the site's material to suit
subscribing organisations' needs. We will also help
subscribing organisations install the site's
management system in their organisation. We are
happy to quote for these services.
