notes:

Fits seat belt low across the hips, flat across body and firm. Uses the adjuster on the B pillar (where fitted) to position the seat belt evenly between the neck and shoulder.

Note: There are additional performance criteria dealing with restraining patients in Unit 4 Element 5 Transport non-ambulance personnel, and Element 6 Transport patient and attending crew with care.
