						PC (a)	Starts and shuts down the vehicle
						notes:	Uses the standard procedure for starting and shutdown unless the manufacturer recommends otherwise.
							To start: park brake on foot brake on gear lever in park (neutral and clutch in for manual) start (in a diesel vehicle, first confirms that the glow plug warning light is out)
							Shutdown: footbrake on park brake on and where necessary check it is holding the vehicle select 'Park' (in a manual or semi-automatic vehicle, select first gear or reverse) switch off
							Can explain how to use the backup electrical system for starting (where fitted).
