							Checks the directions if unsure.
							When nearing the location, finds the addresses quickly. The attendant giving concise directions helps with this (see previous performance criterion).
							When a mistake is recognised: checks the spelling and grid reference again checks that both street name and locality are correct, and that they match the instructions given asks the Communications Centre if they can find out further details asks the Communications Centre to check if anyone else on-air can help
