							Uses techniques to maintain safe higher speeds, including: covering the brakes to reduce reaction time positioning the vehicle away from hazards to the side scanning rapidly and looking well ahead to identify and judge the risk in hazards early looking for zones of visibility that may provide an opportunity to clear hazards earlier using the attendant to get information from the left
