						notes:	While driving: talks to himself or herself asks an attendant for assistance (e.g. in operating the radio or navigating) breathes purposefully slows down if necessary checks posture
							Immediately after a drive: breathes deeply relaxes the shoulders and jaw talks through the specific worrying event with appropriate people accepts that even competent drivers make mistakes considers the potential for learning
							Some time after, seeks advice and support in dealing with stress.
							Note: This criterion is particularly relevant to personnel new to operational duties. Competent drivers should not experience continuously high levels of anxiety while driving.
