		Unit 6		Operate four wheel drive
					Extra information about this unit
						In this unit 'on-road' means a road where: in good weather conditions the 4WD could negotiate the road in 2WD in the driver's judgement, 4WD recovery equipment will not be needed to get to or return from the patient's location the vehicle will not sustain damage or undue wear and tear
						Users please also note that the elements and performance criteria in this unit are not, in all cases, outcomes-based (some describe processes and tasks) and some criteria, strictly speaking, should be distributed through other parts of the standard. We've presented the unit in this way to make it easier for 4WD trainers and assessors to use the standard.
